 | Russia: A Big Vision to Reach All of Russia with the Gospel
Global Opportunities for Christ has been partnering with the New Testament Church (NTC) in Perm, Russia, for the past ten years. NTC has approximately 3,500 members in their congregation and has planted in the neighborhood of 350 churches, making them the largest, evangelical church planting ministry in Russia. Recently, Edward Grabavenko, senior pastor of NTC, was selected to head the Russian Church of Evangelical Christians (RCEC), which now gives him responsibility over 1,600 churches in 70 regions. Russia: Women's Rehab Center
New Life Rehabilitation Center in Central Russia has seen nearly 200 drug addicts completely delivered from their addictions and become healthy members of society and active members of local churches. Due to overcrowded facilities and the distractions resulting from men and women being treated at the same facilities, New Life wants to open a new center specifically for women. [Read more]
Russia: Vehicle for Rehab Center
A successful drug and alcohol rehab center operated by New Life Ministry in Central Russia needs a vehicle for transporting people and supplies. During the winters, in which snow stays on the ground six months out of the year and can accumulate to over three feet, this isolated center needs a dedicated vehicle, not only to bring in supplies, but also in cases of emergency.
